- Some units designed for Mobility Impairment
- Manager “On Duty” a minimum of 15 hours a week
- Maintenance service provided with no expense to the tenant
- Units are energy efficient
- Individually controlled central heat and air conditioning
- Kitchens equipped with range and self-defrosting refrigerator
- Community Room available for use by residents
- Coin operated laundry for the convenience of the residents
- Emergency Pull Cords
- Water, maintenance and lawn care provided at no cost
